ISO 21827: 2008 (Rs.5000/-)

Learn ISO / IEC 21827: 2008 certification

ISO / IEC 21827: 2008 specifies the SSE-CMM (Capability Maturity Model®) model, which describes the essential features of an organization's security engineering process, which must exist to guarantee good safety engineering. ISO / IEC 21827: 2008 does not prescribe any particular process or sequence, but describes practices generally observed in industry.

The model is a standard metric for safety engineering practices covering the following:

» The entire life cycle, including development, operation, and maintenance and decommissioning activities;
» Entire organization including management, organization and engineering activities;
» Simultaneous interaction with other disciplines such as systems, software, hardware, human factors and test engineering; Management, operation and maintenance of order;
» Interaction with other organizations including acquisition, system management, certification, accreditation and evaluation.

The goal is to help increase the maturity of security engineering processes within the organization. SSE-CMM® is associated with other GCMs that focus on a variety of disciplines and engineering disciplines and can be used in combination or in conjunction with them.
